- Special Notice The Government intends to issue a single sole source award to Exide Technologies for the period of July 10, 2015 through January 9, 2016 for three NSNs, 6140-01-390-1968, 6140-01-390-1969, and 6140-01-446-9506. Exide Technologies is the only known source of supply for these items and is a waived source for First Article Test (FAT) for all three NSNs. The single sole source award will be issued via a contract modification to contract SPM7LX-10-D-7121.
