- In advance of the solicitation being released, notification is provided that a site visit is anticipated to be held on June 23, 2015 at 10:00 am. Participants shall meet at the Lower Mon Area Office located near the entrance of the project. The address is 1811 Schoonmaker Ave., Monessen, PA 15062. At least 5 days* prior to the site visit, attendees are required to provide the following information to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Security Specialist Paul M. Surace at 412-395-7162, paul.m.surace@usace.army.mil or Stephen Davidson at 412-395-7504, stephen.davidson@usace.army.mil: -Full Name -Company Name -Social security Number or Driver's License -Date of Birth -Place of Birth -Citizenship -Foreign nationals are also required to provide a passport or valid visa copy. *Please be advised that foreign national approvals can take up to 30 days, so please plan accordingly.
