Description
REQUIREMENT: The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, Aroostook County office in Presque Isle, Maine, is interested in receiving expressions of interest for approximately 8,800 to 9,500 contiguous rentable square feet of Class A office space together with 50, on-site, paved parking spaces. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 8,800 usable square feet (USF). DELINEATED AREA: The area considered must be within an area to include Township (N) State Street/Aroostook River; (E) Centerline Road; (S) Arnold Brook Lake; (W) Griffin Ridge Road/Hanson Lake, inclusive. TERM: The term of the lease will be 10 years. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy within twelve (12) months of lease award. OTHER: Submission by other than the owner of manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter for ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. 1.
