- Lease Space to the U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT In Hickory, NC REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in leasing first class office and specialized space consisting of approximately 13,110 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space shall yield a minimum of 11,400 BOMA Office area square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Within the following boundaries: Beginning at the corner of Hickory Airport Road and 9th Ave Dr NW (north of Airport), travel south on Hickory Airport Road to 34th Street NW. Take that south to connect to 33rd Street SW until you reach I40. Take I40 east to US321. Take US321 south to 127. Take 127 west to Bethel Church Road/Zion Church Road. Travel South on Bethel Church Road/Zion Church Road. Proceed east on Sandy Fort Road to 1146 (Robinson Road). Take 1146 north to 18th ave SE. Take 18th ave SE east until turning north on 1471 (McDonald Parkway SE). Then go west on Highland Ave/Main/2nd Ave NW (1007). Proceed until going north on Old Lenoir Road. Take Old Lenoir north to 14th ave Circle NW. Go west on 14th ave Circle NW, follow that road until Clement Blvd NW/9th Ave Dr NW. Finish where 9th Ave Dr NW and Hickory Airport Road meet. Lease Term/Occupancy: fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm The Government reserves the right to amend the delineated area and the terms of the lease.
