All interested parties should check this site frequently for updates. *********************************** ORIGINAL POSTING: THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) SUBPART 12.6 "SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS", AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% small business set aside Request for Quotation (RFQ) using FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (and hence shall be under the simplified acquisition threshold of $150,000). The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 9 is seeking businesses interested in submitting a quote for a Purchase Order (PO) using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures to develop and implement a solar aggregation project in accordance with the corresponding Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order. The purchase order resulting from this announcement will have a period of performance of 12 months from the date of award. Interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/) and within FedConnect (https://www.fedconnect.net/).
