- Section L - Attachments Section J - Attachments Section M - Evaluation Criteria Section L - Instructions to Offerors Draft Warfighter Integration Solicitation HQ0147-15-R-0011 Draft RFP Cover Letter The Missile Defense Agency releases the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number HQ0147-15-R-0011, for the Agency’s “Warfighter Integration Support” contract under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisitions. MDA encourages industry input, comments and questions to identify and resolve concerns regarding the acquisition and to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities. Questions and/or comments are due to MDA no later than 1700 Central Time on June 10, 2015 and may be submitted to TEAMS_WarfighterIntegration@mda.mil, subject line “TEAMS Warfighter Integration RFP”. An Industry day for this RFP is under consideration for the timeframe of June 10, 2015 and will be announced in a future FedBizOps announcement if determined to be in the best interest of the Government. This draft solicitation is for planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to any contractual agreements or arrangements. This announcement is for information planning purposes only and proposals are not requested. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any actual procurement of services.
