- Description
- Work includes reconditioning and surfacing 2 miles of Forest Service Road (FSR) 96 and 4 miles of FSR 95, with an additional 4.5 miles of FSR 95 as additive items if funding is available. Aggregate surfacing material will be from a Government source at the Lockwood Pit, located 0.75 miles south of the beginning of FSR96 at the junction of FSR 96 and FSR 321. Project area is located south of the Mogollon Ranger District Office (Junction of Route 87 and FSR95, 10 miles east of Clint Wells, AZ). Contract time is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. 20% bid guarantee is required. Successful contractor is required to provide 100% Performance and Payment bonds. Solicitation will be posted to FBO on or about June 5, 2015.
