- Solicitation W911SA-15-T-0185 will be issued on or about 27 May 2015 and can be accessed through www.fbo.gov. This requirement is for Refuse and Recycling for various USARC locations in Cadiz, Chillicothe, Whitehall, Delaware, Blacklick and Columbus all located in Ohio. This requirement is a firm fixed priced requirement with a period of performance from 01 July 2015 through 30 June 2016 pllus four option periods and one six month option to extend services.
