Attachment 8 - Federal Register Notice - 2014 ********************************************************************** VISA Contingency Contract - Industry Meeting USTRANSCOM TCAQ-I and the ERC plans to conduct another informal VISA Contingency Contract Industry Meeting on 3 June 2015 from 1:00pm - 4:30pm Central Standard Time. The location of the meeting facility is outside Scott AFB at the MITRE facility located on the corner of Route 158/Air Mobility Drive and Seibert Road. Upon front door facility entry, you will sign in at the reception desk to get a badge and be directed to the meeting room. The purpose of this Industry meeting is to discuss the results of the JPAG TTX related to the VISA Contingency Contracts, the updated draft documents and requirements forward for the renewed FY16 contingency contract. (Agenda Attached) The Government will not provide any reimbursement for attending this Industry meeting general session. Request VISA contingency contract questions/comments/concerns for the industry meeting discussions be submitted via email no later than COB 1 JUNE 2015. Request Carriers interested in attending the Industry meeting submit an email no later than 2:00pm Central Time on 29 May 2015 to Melinda Lewis ( melinda.j.lewis9.civ@mail.mil ), Joe Pereyra ( joegino.m.pereyra.civ@mail.mil ), and Nick Weiss ( nicholas.e.weiss.civ@mail.mil ) identifying the following information for attendance tracking: a.
