- P15PS01200 AMENDMENT#00001 PROVIDES ANSWER TO A QUESTION, SEE SF30 FOR QUESTION AND ANSWER. The National Park Service, Point Reyes National Seashore (located in Marin County, California) has a requirement for fabricating and installing various marine models in the new Lighthouse Visitor Center. The Government intends to award a single, fixed price service contract. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will include one base line item with four different models, and three option items (Option Items 1-3), which are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. The period of performance for base and option item work is estimated to be June 1, 2015 through August 7, 2015. This is a firm delivery date. Award selection will be based on the responsible firm whose offer conforming to this RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, on the basis of the lowest evaluated price meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors (technical capability and past performance). The North American Standard Industrial Classifications System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339999, with a corresponding size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available on/about May 13, 2015 by electronic means only and can be downloaded along with all related attachments from the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov and/or FedConnect website at http://www.fedconnect.net. Interested parties are responsible for periodically checking the website for any Amendments that may be issued prior to the closing date of the RFQ. In order to be eligible for award contractor must have an active Sam.gov registration at the time of award. MODELS MUST BE COMPLETELY FABRICATED AND INSTALLED BY AUGUST 7, 2015. THIS IS A FIRM DELIVERY DATE. The Request for Quote due date is Friday, May 29, 2015 at 3:30pm (Pacific Time).
