- Letter Solicitation Number SPE4A6-15-X-0742, NSN: 4920-01-558-5949, Hose Assembly HP, P/N: 040489-602, CAGE: 56529. This solicitation is for an Add On initiative for basic contract SPE4A6-15-D-0148 for Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) with a base and four option years awarded to Hydraulics International, Inc., CAGE code 56529. All terms and conditions of basic contract SPE4A6-15-D-0148 apply to this acquisition. The approved sources for this Add On initiative are Hydraulics International, Inc., CAGE: 56529. Guaranteed Minimum Quantity for this solicitation for the Base Year is: 5 each with a maximum contract quantity of 120.The Estimated Annual Demand is 18 each for the base and each option year. Minimum per delivery order: 5 each, Maximum per delivery order: 18 each. Delivery Schedule is 90 Days. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance @ Destination for stock location(s) within the Continental United States (CONUS).First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies.
