- The Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region, Sacramento CA intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a firm fixed-price contract with a base and four (4) option years to provide maintenance, battery replacement and remote monitoring for an Emerson/Liebert UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) battery system. The maintenance service includes 4-hour on-site emergency response, 7 days/week, and 24 hours/day by Emerson certified reseller. A complete description of the requirements will be issued with the solicitation. This procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811219 `Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance' and the the associated small business size standard of $20.5M. Solicitation number R15PS01029 will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) and FedConnect (www.fedconnect.net) on or about May 28, 2015. The closing date for receipt of offers is expected to be June 4, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. PT. All questions and quotations shall be submitted via e-mail to jmlee@usbr.gov. No quotations will be accepted via FedConnect. The solicitation must be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed.
