- Rooms 5 and 6 Rooms 3 and 4 Room 2 Solicitation Room 1 This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Anticipated award date: 10 days after close of solicitation. Quotes are to be received no later than 1:00pm on 5 June 2015. Email quotations (preferred) will be accepted to crystal.d.life@fletc.dhs.gov. Wage determination: General Decision Number: GA 150172 dated 01/02/2015. Scope of Work: Contract is to provide all labor, materials and equipment to installing acoustical paneling which should be mounted to furring strips. Panels must have a minimum noise reduction coefficient of 0.45 and be impact resistant. Performance period: Work is expected to commence NLT 10 days after award is made, this time is allotted to ensure proper access to the FLETC. Site visit is scheduled for 28 May, 2015 at 9:00am. Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend as this will be the ONLY organized site visit allowed. Contractors should contact the contracting officer via email to be added to the visitors list for access. Vendors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) prior to close of this solicitation. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The contractors SAM registration must in in an "ACTIVE" status prior to award. Also, the listed NAICS code must be listed on their SAM registration to perform this type of service.
