- Determination has been made that the building has a high probability of being found eligible for National Historic Register status when it turns 50 years old in 2019. Modification to the structure cannot be made within 5 years of it this date and after this eligibility has been reviewed by the state Historic preservation Office (SHPO). It will take several months to complete the studies and reviews necessary to ascertain the status of the building. This solicitation is cancelled with the intension to resubmit this project in 2016.
