Description
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 13 and FAR subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE. This request for quotation number is N00604-15-T-3072. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-82 and DFARS Change Notice 20150420. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to understand the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at http://acquisition.gov/far/ and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. The NAICS code is 332919 and the small business standard is 500 employees. The proposed contract action is for commercial items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Safe Systems, Inc., under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit offers. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers however, offers received before the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this solicitation based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Small Business Office concurs with this solicitation. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing and installing pinch valves on 2 EACH MSA-28 and 1 EACH MSA-50 in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
