- Description
- Solicitation Package The Bureau of Fiscal Service on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH-G), located in Gulfport, MS, is contracting for a Nurse Call System, installation of system, and system maintenance in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). A site visit shall be conducted to provide all Offerors the opportunity to visit the facility and understand the requirements for this solicitation at the Armed Forces Retirement Home, located at 1800 Beach Drive, Gulfport, MS 39507-1597. The site visit shall take place on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 10:00 am CST. Those parties interested in participating in the visit should contact John Cage via email at John.Cage@afrh.gov or by phone at 228-897-4447 no later than 3:00 pm CST, Tuesday, May 26, 2015. **Limit of 2 representatives per Offeror** No questions shall be asked or addressed at the site visit. All questions shall be submitted in writing by the time designated below. All questions must be submitted in electronic format, such as a Microsoft Word attachment no later than Friday, May 29, 2015 at 11:00 am EST. Questions shall be emailed to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov; Attention: TFSAAFRG15CI0006 MG/DD Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading.
