- Updated RFI 5/22/15 *Updated RFI for this solicitation* The Solicitation documents (SOW and SRD) can be requested by companies who are able to meet the following: • Company Name • Address • Point of Contact • CAGE Code • Facility Security Officer name, address, phone number, and e-mail address* • Classified mailing address* • DSS Cognizant Security Office name, address, and zip code* • Phone Number • E-mail Address • Web Page URL • North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code • Based on the above NAICS Code, state whether (Yes / No) your company is: o Registered on System for Award Management (SAM) • A statement as to whether your company is domestically or foreign owned (if foreign, indicate the country of ownership 1/21/15 Industry responses to this RFI will be used to assess the state of the art in bridging and conferencing capabilities that can be applied to VHF/UHF radio networks throughout the country's operating area. The system must also be able to support PSTN, cellular, and VoIP telephone circuits. A conferencing capability that can form and manage communications nets consisting of radio and telephone circuits must be accommodated. Effective management of the bridging and conferencing services in a distributed enterprise must be provided. The proposed system capabilities must be mature and cost effective. Information provided to the Government in response to this RFI, including information marked as proprietary, may be distributed to Advisory and Assistant Services (A&AS) Contractors and Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDC) to assist the Program Office in the evaluation of submittals. If you object to the Government distributing this information to the Government Support Contractors listed in you must clearly identify this in your cover letter and clearly mark each document that you do not permit the Government to release to Government Support Contractors. Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to the Contracting Officer, email address. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Questions will be answered by posting answers to the FBO website; accordingly, questions shall NOT contain proprietary or classified information. The Government does not guarantee that questions will be answered if received after 09 February 2015. Responses to this RFI must be received no later than 4:00 pm EDT on Monday, 16 February 2015. Responses must be in written form and submitted electronically in Microsoft® Office or compatible format.
