- Schedule of items and AGAR 104 RFQ NUMBER: AG-84N8-S-15-0066 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/offerors are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USDA Forest Service/Utah Acquisition Support Center in Salt Lake City, Utah is soliciting quotes/offerors for the following requirement: FENCING SUPPLIES ON THE FREMONT RIVER RANGER DISTRICT Bids are due on May 29, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. (local time). The Synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 and 2001-23. The following FAR provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial items, and 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and furnish Offeror's Federal Tax Identification Number, DUNS Number. FAR Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required Implementing Statues or Executive Orders Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. It is required that all contractors be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award under this solicitation. The website is www.sam.gov for information necessary for registration. See Clause 52.204.99 System for Award Management for details on how to apply.
