- United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Kansas City:St. Francis Delineated Area:Excluding areas in the flood plain, the area to be considered must be within an area bound on the North by North Street; on the East by Road 15, on the South by the city limit boundary and on the West by NKC Railroad. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):2,750 ABOA Square Feet Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):2,888 ABOA Square Feet Space Type:Contiguous Office Space, Fully serviced, 1st Floor preferred Parking Spaces (Total):25 onsite paved parking spaces Full Term:10-years (120-Months) Firm Term: 2 years Termination Rights: 120 Days, in whole or in part, beginning in the 3rd year. Option Term:None Additional Requirements:The lessor to provide 25 on-site paved and marked parking spaces in a lot under the control of the Lessor. The lessor shall also provide pull through parking for maneuvering of larger trucks and trailers. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
