P15PS01202 IGF::OT::IGF This solicitation is amended to share the following question and response: Question 1: The frequency of cuts indicates a range of 24 to 30 cuts. For more clarity, what number should we use when calculating our price cost? Question 2: Is the unit quantity m one section or all sections because we have to price? Response to question 1: The frequency of cuts shouldn't matter since we'll be basing our decision on cost per mow. the frequency of cuts are just estimates, use 24 Response to question2: The Unit quantity should be per cycle Description/Instructions The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of providing all materials, labor, equipment, tools and services necessary to perform prescribed grounds maintenance and all related incidental work in accordance with the pricing schedule and specifications herein. Therefore, any items not specifically noted, but necessary for performance in accordance with accepted practices and industry standards, shall be furnished under this contract. The quantities under this contract are estimated and are not binding to the Government. Contractor will be paid for actual work performed. This contract is for one base period with 4 option years. Option Years are not guaranteed. Contractor's performance must be reviewed before the next year's options are exercised. Clarifications: The Government may reject any offer that is evaluated to be significantly not compliant with the solicitation requirements, unrealistically high or low in price, or reflects a failure to comprehend the complexity and risks of the work to be performed. The Government reserves the right to request such additional information as may be necessary to determine the offeror's qualifications for award of a contract or to clarify any aspects of the offer.
