Description
This is not a Presolicitation or Solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought notice only. This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10. This is not a request for proposals. No contract shall be awarded based on this notice. The Regional Contracting Command-Kuwait is conducting market research in order to determine the availability and capability of companies to perform services and maintenance on a FM 200 Fire Suppression System at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Interested parties shall provide feedback of the requested information based on the information provided in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought Notice or any follow-up requests. The FM 200 Fire Suppression System MUST BE serviced by Fike trained personnel. Interested parties must provide a copy of the certificate of training received by the individual performing the service. The work to be performed under this firm fixed-price type contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561621. Responses to this announcement must be in Microsoft word or PDF format. Responses must be received no later than 12:00 P.M Arabian Standard Time (AST) on Monday, May 28th, 2015. Responses shall be e-mailed to SSG Dorian Christian at dorian.n.christian.mil@mail.mil and MAJ William Fisher at william.p.fisher8.mil@mail.mil. Responses should include the following: 1) Reference Sources Sought Number 2) Identify your firm's information (Company's full name, Address, Phone Number and point of contact with email) 3) Company's Duns Number, Cage Code and proof of registration in System of Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) 4) A statement indicating the offeror's ability to accept payment via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF); Electronic Funds Transfer and/or Government Payment Credit Card. 5) Statement of Capability stating your skills experience, knowledge and equipment required to perform the specified type of work. This should include documentation of past FM 200 Fire Suppression System services. Please provide contract numbers if applicable. 6) Certificate of training by Fike personnel for the individual performing the service. 7) Response to Sources Sought Questionnaire: The SOURCES SOUGHT QUESTIONNAIRE is below. Responses to the Questionnaire are encouraged from all interested parties. Your responses to the questions will not automatically include you in the acquisition process for any subsequent solicitation. Please provide any additional feedback in your response that you feel is relevant. Please limit your response to three pages or less. 1.
