- N00024-15-R-2221 Tentative Industry Day Agenda. How to do Business with Navy Boats, Service Craft and Foreign Military Sales Program office (PMS325). Successful execution of the 2015 U.S. Sea Services Maritime Strategy requires the acquisition and construction of numerous high performance boats and craft. These craft are often built to existing commercial standards, resulting in savings in cost and schedule. The PMS325 Program Office within PEO Ships is responsible for procuring Service Craft, seaborne targets, and small Boats and Combatant Craft for the U.S. Navy and allied nations via Foreign Military Sales. Domestic US Navy Boat acquisitions includes, but is not limited to, Rigid-hull Inflatable Boats (RHIB), Coastal Riverine Craft, Force Protection Boats, barrier tenders, Fleet Harbor Security Boats, and Utility Boats. Domestic Service Craft includes "Y", or Yardcraft vessels such as Lighters and Barges, Tugs and High Speed Maneuverable Seaborne Target (HSMST). The Navy's foreign partners also utilize PMS325s expertise in boat delivery, acquisition, training and support. This assistance represents a commitment for continued cooperation between the United States and our partner nations. The program office is aiding more than 60 allied nations across the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Latin America in boat and combatant craft procurements through Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The Navy's Program Office will hold an Industry Day to provide an opportunity for commercial boat builders and associated vendors, to better understand the types and quantities of boats and craft the Navy will be buying in the near future, and to assist builders in their efforts to do business with the Navy. The UNCLASSIFIED Industry Day will be held July 28-29, 2015 from 0830-1600 at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), 1201 M ST SE, Washington, DC 20003. Directions to the CSC building can be provided upon registration. To register, please send email to: jdorsaneo@csc.com by COB June 15, 2015. The email shall include the participant's full name, nationality, company they are representing, along with their titles and email addresses. Presentations and audio will be broadcast on the internet for those not able to attend in person. Email jdorsaneo@csc.com for details. On the day of the event, visitors will need to check in at receptionist desk on the 2nd floor of the CSC building for registration. The tentative agenda is attached. Please send any suggested topics or questions you'd like addressed to: jdorsaneo@csc.com. All topics/questions will remain anonymous. All the briefings will remain at the UNCLASSIFIED level presenting the acquisition strategy, the high-level system requirements, and future technology requirements.
