Description

Draft Statement of Work Advance Planning Notice Advance Planning Notice: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), has a requirement for Modification of Equipment: Aircraft Components and Accessories Support Services for PMA-299. The scope of this effort is to provide the H-60 Fleet Support Team of the In-Service Support Center (ISSC) located at Fleet Readiness Center East, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, North Carolina provide new updated/technically advanced systems to aircraft which did not exist when they were fielded. Some retrofit kits will be fabricated by the contractor and some Retrofit kits will be provided as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). However, it may be necessary to modify the GFE retrofit kits due to rapid and/or emergent changing requirements in support of the warfighter. These services shall be primarily performed at the following locations: Fleet Readiness Center East, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, NC and Naval Air Station, Coronado, CA. This effort is being competed outside of Seaport. The period of performance consists of a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods of performance (June 2016 through June 2021). The anticipated total number of man-hours is approximately 309,650 hours for the entire effort. A DRAFT SOW is posted for planning purposes.
