- Description
- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Hickman County, Kentucky is interested in leasing approximately 3,616 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2,995 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space and 21 parking spaces. Lease term requirement is for 10 years, 5 years firm. Office space located within the floodplain cannot be considered. The area to be considered for the Hickman County USDA Service Center shall be enclosed by and fronting the following: Beginning at the intersection of HWY 51 N and Moore Street - headed due west on Moore Street to Short Street then south on Short Street to KY 1826 - then west on KY 1826 to Ringo Street. Follow Ringo Street south to HWY 58/123. Follow KY 58/123 East to Dunlora Lane - go south on Dunlora Lane where it turns into Moss Drive and continue south where it crosses HWY 51. Go back North on HWY 51 to intersection of HWY 51 and HWY 58E - Go East on HWY 58 E until it reaches the City Limits. Follow the city Limits boundary North to HWY 123 - Go West on HWY 123 to intersection of College Street - go north on College Street to Cresap Street - Go west on Cresap Street to the intersection of HWY 51 and turn North. Follow HWY 51 back to point of beginning at intersection with Moore Street. The design and construction of any new buildings, or additions to existing buildings, must be constructed in accordance with the seismic provisions as required in local code for a Certificate of Occupancy. Existing construction must be in compliance with Standards of Seismic Safety for Existing Federally Owned and Leased Buildings ICSSC Recommended Practice 8 (RP 8). Intent of seismic compliance must be performed and certified by a licensed civil or structural engineer prior to final offer. Occupancy is required on or about July 1, 2016.
