Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Project 4TX0620 Notice of Intent to Use Other Than Full and Open Competition in fRITCH, texas State: Texas City: Fritch Description: The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease expiring in Fritch, Texas. The Government will consider relocation if economic and other factors determine an alternative space to be advantageous to the Government. Consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunications relocation costs, and agency special requirements. The Government requires a total of 3,833 ANSI/Boma Office Area Square Feet of office space. The space must be contiguous, on the same floor. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Delineated Area: City Limits of Fritch Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,833 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 35 Parking Spaces (Surface): 35 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: June 9, 2015 Market Survey (Estimated): September 31, 2015 Offers Due (Estimated): December 1, 1, 2015 Occupancy: March 1, 2016 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): • Owners and Exclusive Agents only. Anyone else must provide a letter of authorization from the building owner. • Legal property description, recent survey, and property identification numbers (PIN). • Location of space in the building and date it will be available. • One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. • ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (USF) and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included. • Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. • In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement. • Permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission.
