Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will NOT be considered as proposals, NOR will any award be made because of this Sources Sought Notice. Any information provided by Businesses to the Government is strictly voluntary. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this Sources Sought Notice. This acquisition is to provide the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) with a civil construction repair of tainter gates and replacement of wire ropes at Copan Lake, Oklahoma. This acquisition requires the professional ability to provide all materials, equipment, labor, instruments, tools, subcontractors, supervision, and management to complete all work required by this contract. The projected performance period is from 25 September 2015 to 20 Feb 2016. Respondents to this Sources Sought shall provide the following information: a) Vendor background summary including, contractor name, address, DUNS, point of contact information, email, phone, website address, and any small business designation. b) Capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational capability. The Government will review provided market information to ascertain potential capabilities to provide construction services described in this notice and otherwise anticipated.
