PRIMARY POINT OF CONTACT: PLCLGAQ, Cletus Schafrath, cletus.schafrath@dla.mil 6. SECONDARY POINT OF CONTACT: Matthew Kirk 7. SOLICITATION NUMBER: SPE7LX14R0093 8. CONTRACT NUMBER: SPE7LX14D0040 9. DESCRIPTION: Motor Vehicle Parts The subject requirement is for an add-on initiative/acquisition of 41 NSNs following the terms of basic contract SPE7LX14D0040 by adhering to the add/delete clause DLAD 52.216-9006. The FSC’s of this requirement are 2510, 2530, 2540, 2541, 2590, 2815, 2990, 3040, 4320, 4720, 4730, 4820, 5315, 5342, 5925, 5945, 5998, 6150, 6220 and 6680. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract was previously awarded on 11/2014 to BAE Systems Land & Armaments (076M6). The following list of 41 NSNs have been identified as being sole source to BAE companies. It is anticipated that these items will be added onto the current contract sometime in the near future under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed contract action is for the below supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
