Description
The purpose of this amendment is to attach the questions and answers to the solicitation. In response to this amendment the quote response date has been extended to 1 June. General Information Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation Number: FA5685-15-Q-0026, Amendment I Posted Date: 13-May-2015 Questions Due Date: 19-May-2015 Solicitation Response Date: 1-June-2015 (Extended) Set Aside: Full and Open without exclusions - (See DECA info) Classification Code: 17 - Aircraft launching & ground handling equipment NAICS Code: 335129 - Other Lighting Equipment Manufacturing DECA information "Due to an established economic agreement between the United States Government and the Government of Turkey, the U.S. Air Force intends to award this solicitation to a business concern within the country of Turkey, as required by the Defense and Economic Cooperation Agreement, supplementary Agreement 3, Article VI. If it is discovered that the U.S. Air Force is not able to make award to a business concern within the country of Turkey, it reserves the right to make award to a business concern that is not within the country of Turkey." Business concerns not within the country of Turkey should be aware of challenges associated with doing business in the Republic of Turkey.
