Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services Contracting; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services in Orlando, Florida. Location of services should be within a 7 mile radius of the intersection of Mott Avenue and Edgewater Drive, Orlando, Florida 32810. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on October 01, 2015 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on September 30, 2020. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. The Following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor. Base Year: Estimated Number of Substance Abuse Inmates = 65 Substance Abuse Treatment Services: Intake Assessments & Report (one per authorized inmate) for 20 inmates = 20 assessments Individual Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 65 = 3,120 units Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 65 inmates = 4,680 units Family Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 36 units (per inmate) x 35 inmates = 1,260 units Estimated Number of Mental Health Inmates = 30 Mental Health Treatment Services: Mental Health Intake Assessment & Report (one per inmate) for 30 inmates = 30 units Psychiatric Evaluation & Report = 1 report per authorized inmate x 30 inmates = 30 reports Mental Health Individual Counseling (30 minutes =1 unit) 48 units per inmate for 30 inmates= 11,780 rides The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) most recent Statement of Work dated April 2011- Masters Required, Revision 01, 2013, PSB. The request for quote will be available on or after June 17, 2015 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the request for quote will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about July 20, 2015. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
