Description

This Pre-Proposal Conference Announcement is for the following Request for Proposals (RFP) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21: RFP # VA261-15-R-0057 NAICS Code: 621910 Ambulance Services. This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in providing transportation of patients by ground or air, along with medical care. These services are often provided during a medical emergency but are not restricted to emergencies. The vehicles are equipped with lifesaving equipment operated by medically trained personnel; size standard $15M. Event Description: A Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted via teleconference on May 21, 2015. This general session will be held from 0800 - 1000 HST (1100 - 1300 PST) for the purpose of discussing and answering questions regarding the NCO 21 ground ambulance contract for Veterans Affairs Northern California Healthcare System (VANCHCS), Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Healthcare System (VAPAHCS), and San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center (SFVAMC). All questions and answers will be provided in an open forum only. We do not anticipate any one-on-one meetings. Any questions not fully answered during the conference, will be posted to FedBizOpps after the conference. Pre-Proposal Conference Location: Teleconference, dial-in instructions to be provided to registered participants (see below). Pre-Proposal Conference Participants: Participants must be US citizens or legal residents and must submit attendance requests. Submit attendance requests and an alphabetized listing (by last name); include full name, email, company name, # of company attendees and their names/titles via e-mail NLT 1600 PST on May 19, 2015 to Nicole Do at nicole.do@va.gov 808-539-1301. Attendance at Pre-Proposal Conference will be voluntary. NCO 21 will not provide any cost reimbursement for Pre-Proposal Conference attendance. Participation by small and small disadvantaged businesses is encouraged. Question Submittal: Potential offerors are requested to submit questions/comments to the appropriate contract specialist by COB May 19, 2015.
