- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract which will include multiple NSNs to support the B-52 Windshield Assembly. A total of 2 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort. The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively. Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources apply This Solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1560-00-632-2316 and 1560-00-652-7638. The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance. This is proposed to be a FAR 15 effort. The below list of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1560-00-632-2316 WINDSHIELD ASSEMBLY Estimated Annual Demand is 12 each. Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 3 each. Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 12 each. Delivery is 240 Days ARO NSN 1560-00-652-7638 WINDSHIELD ASSEMBLY Estimated Annual Demand is 24 each. Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 6 each. Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 24 each. Delivery is 118 Days ARO SURGE is NOT required. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). Solicitation issue date is May 26, 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
