Description

Sole Source Justification DRAFT SOW The National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS) within the Library of Congress (LOC) requires software and technical support for the NLS PICS/NIOSS data system (Production Information Control System/NLS Integrated Operations Support System NIOSS). LOC intends to issue this modification to the sole source award LCNLS15P0021 to BAE Systems. Any firm wishing to be considered for this requirement must submit a capability statement that demonstrates its ability to meet all the requirements described in the attached DRAFT SOW. The capability statement must not exceed five (5) double-spaced pages and shall include the following information: 1) Company Name, DUNS Number, Address, Point of Contact, phone number and email address; 2) Corporate structure (corporation, LLC, sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability partnership, professional corporation, etc.); 3) References, including name, phone number and email address of individuals who can verify the demonstrated capabilities identified in the responses; and 4) Resumes for key personnel that would work on the contract for individuals with knowledge and experience relevant to the requirement described in the draft Statement of Work (Resumes are not counted as part of the 5 page limit for capabilities statements) Also attached is the Sole Source Justification for this modification.
