Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI - Intent to Sole Source procurement under authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, with C/J Media, Inc., 261 E 12th Avenue, Suite 100, Eugene, OR to provide a custom IVR system to be used by the Research Department at this facility. Development of this system includes developing an IVR system to be used by research participants for collecting outcomes data for depression care. The proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the services that will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any qualified vendor that determines that determines it can meet the government's requirements may give written notification through email to Contract Specialist, Kelly Poole, Kelly.Poole@va.gov by June 3, 2015, 4:00pm EST. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for any future needs of this sort. VA Medical Center, Ann Arbor, MI will proceed to sole source this requirement to C/J Media, Inc. who is the current contractor administering/servicing this IVR system.
