This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number AG-04GG-S-15-0028 and issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 78 This is an Other than Full and Open - Total Small Business Set-Aside, with associated NAICS codes 333991 and 333911.
