- NOTE: The purpose of this amendment is to change the Quotation due date from Thursday, June 4 2015 12:00pm to Monday, June 8 2015 12:00pm. All other times and date are to remain the same. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This project will consist of, but is not limited to demolition, concrete saw cutting, providing a new foundation, and construction of a new Blast Wall, IAW the attached drawings and specifications. The contractor shall provide all equipment, hardware, labor and materials necessary to provide turnkey installations. The Blast Wall will be constructed in an existing facility that is currently in use. This is a notice for a Small Business acquisition. The solicitation, specifications and drawings are attached under ADDITIONAL INFO quote mark Additional documentation quote mark. You will be transferred to ASFI to download the.pdf files. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 238110 with a Size Standard of $15M. The magnitude of this project is BETWEEN $25,000 to $100,000. The projected period of performance is expected to be less than 60 days. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, 28 May 2015 at 9:00am local time (Arizona Time). Vendors must contact the Contracting Office and confirm attendance to the site visit no later than 12:00pm Tuesday 26 May 2015. Questions will be due no later than Thursday, June 4 2015 at 9:00am. Quotes will be due no later than Monday, 8 June 2015 at 12:00pm. Issue date of the solicitation documents is 18 May 2015. This announcement serves as the advance notice for this project.
