Description

The Defense Logistic Agency Troop Support is seeking proposals from business entities interested in participating in an unrestricted commercial acquisition under FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. NSN 4210-01-203-0217 is a 15lbs Co2 extinguisher. Solicitation SPE8EH15Q0361 is expected to be issued June 3, 2015 and may not become available until the solicitation issue date. The proposed acquisition is for a total of 2,618 each. Delivery is to CONUS locations FOB destination. Delivery schedule is for 180 days. The acquisition will be solicited as an RFQ. The solicitation will be evaluated with delivery evaluation, past performance and price of equal importance. In addition, within past performance delivery and quality will be rated equally. This acquisition if for supplies that the government does possess complete unrestricted technical data; therefore the government intends to solicit and contract with all manufacturers and vendors who can supply this item using the correct specifications.
