Solicitation VA786-15-R-0216 - Replace Committal Shelter Ceilings Questions and Answers: 1.Do we need to get a building permit from the town of Bourne, Do we need to get EPA permits from the government? No 2.Will the electrical need a town permit? No 3.Section 3.6 states that there are 4 speakers to be replaced. Are we actually replacing 4 speakers in each shelter? Yes A total 12 speakers? Yes 4.What percentage of the work can be sub contracted? See clause VAAR 852.219-10 "(3) General construction, at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract performance incurred for personnel will be spent on the concern's employees or the employees of other eligible service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns; or (4) Construction by special trade contractors, at least 25 percent of the cost of the contract performance incurred for personnel will be spent on the concern's employees or the employees of other eligible service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns." The rest can be sub contracted.
