- N00164-15-S-NB53 - MARKET RESEARCH FOR REVISED RACAL 3152- FSG 6625- NAICS-334515 Issue Date 28 May 2015 - Closing Date: 26 June 2015 MARKET SURVEY-SOURCES SOUGHT- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use the FBO site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. The Government is issuing this RFI/Sources Sought announcement as part of market research for Electronic Test Instruments. The NAVY is seeking sources of obsolete commercial off-the-shelf Electronic Test Instruments. All OEMs and 3rd Party Vendors that have On-Hand Stock of functional Ready for Issue (RFI) instruments, available for purchase, of instruments listed in table below shall submit to the POCs listed in bottom paragraph of this announcement. All of these instruments will have to have the EXACT Model number, Ordering Part number, as listed in table below. Model Nomenclature OEM Ordering Part Number(s) 3152 Precision PPL Waveform Generator Racal Instruments 407510-001/407510-011 3152A Precision PPL Waveform Generator Racal Instruments 407808‐001/407808‐003 Offers' shall submit their list of instruments electronically to the NSWC Crane Logistics point of contact below NLT 4:00 PM EST 26 Jun 2015. This sources sought synopsis does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB), a Request for Quote (RFQ), or a Request for Proposal (RFP) and it should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the government to issue a formal solicitation or ultimately award a contract in connection with this announcement. The US Government is in no way liable to pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this announcement.
