- NAVSUP FLC San Diego intends to issue a Sole Source contract in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR 13.5 to PTC and Associates, 9 Hillcrest Rd, Stratford, NJ. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No written solicitation document is available. The solicitation number is N00244-15-T-0141. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement.
