Description
The solicitation is 10674567 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Request for Proposals are due by 26 May 2015, 4:00 p.m. (PST). The RFP will result in a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561210. The United States Property and Fiscal Office of the Oregon Army National Guard is soliciting proposals to procure the following services: The contractor shall provide all equipment, material, labor, supervision, supplies and items necessary to support the 3-116th CAV training period from 6-21 June 2015 at TTB Birch, Orchards Combat Training Center (OCTC) near Boise, Idaho. CLIN 0001- Refrigeration Van/Trailer: Provide 1 refrigeration van for food storage. Contractor is responsible for delivering, setting up and removal of the refrigeration van. All maintenance and support of the van is to be provided by the contractor. The Government COR will direct van placement on TTB Birch with the Contractor prior to the required delivery date. Reefer van: 1 each Serviceable van appropriate for the storage of food items requiring refrigeration Contractor is required to deliver, set-up and maintain continuous operation of the van Refrigeration van must maintain a temperature of between 34 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit to support perishable foods Van is to be equipped with both exterior and interior lights Van is to be equipped with stairs and hand rails for easy access and safety Contractor is to maintain the van necessary to ensure constant operation and sustainment of proper temperature. If required, contractors are to provide fuel to power source Maintenance calls may be initiated 24 hours a day for the duration of this contract to include after normal working hours and weekends Contractor is required to respond to maintenance calls within 2 hours after notification from the government COR or KO Equipment that cannot be repaired shall be replaced within 8 or prior to food spoilage; replacement of van is acceptable and the transferring of food shall be coordinated with the Government COR or KO Secondary containment is required for any piece of equipment and or vehicle can hold over 55 gallons of a fuel or other petroleum products. 48' trailers or 2 each 24' trailers are the minimum acceptable size Delivery Occupancy Dates: 6 June 2015 through 21 June 2015 1 refrigeration van Set-up date: NLT 5 June 2015 Removal date: NLT 23 June 2015 Requirements for your proposal: Please submit a proposal on your company letterhead showing a price per contract line item (CLIN) with at total price at the bottom.
