This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number, VA256-15-Q-0713 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72 effective May 22, 2015 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) current to January 7, 2010. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a price quote. All price quotes received prior to 1:00 pm CST on 06/04/15 will be considered by the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339112, size standard 500. Only emailed requests received directly from the offeror are acceptable. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. Please provide price quotation using the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Attachment. EQUIPMENT SHALL BE DELIVERED NO LATER THAN JUNE 15, 2015.
