Description

The purpose of this posting is to suspend the time and date set for receipt of offer due to resolution of arbitration panel. The response due date/time of 30 Sep 2015 at 04:00 PM in Block 8 of the SF1449 solicitation is for administrative purpose only for data entry field requirement for Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI). An Amendment will be issued at a later date to establish a new date/time for receipt of offer. Due to system error within the Procurement Desktop Writing System and ASFI, Amendment 0002 and 0003 did not automatically system interface. Please refer to the Government user uploaded solicitation files for Amendment 0002 and attachments for Government response to questions in regards to solicitation.
