Description

US Naval Hospital, Guam intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract using procedures cited in FAR 13.5 to Hologic LP, 250 Campus Drive, Marlborough, MA 01752-3020. POP 22 June 2015 through 21 June 2016, with Four Option Years. This is an unrestricted action. Acquisition NAICS code is 325413. Contractor will provide the following diagnostic screening products: #01200 Rapid Fetal Fibronectin (fFN) Cassette Kit, 26 Cassettes and #01166 Rapid fFN Control Kit for TLi IQ System. Justification based on Hologic LP being the proprietor of the Full-Term product line, and therefore, the only company licensed to provide the supplies in support of their TLi IQ in-vitro diagnostic system. Contractors interested in responding to this notice may submit their quote in accordance with standard commercial practices (formal quote form or company letterhead). Provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items applies. Include contractor's mailing address, DUNS number, Cage Code, Tax ID number, tech capability/availability/delivery, etc. of above products. Responses received will be evaluated. No telephone requests.
