- The Regional Contracting Office-Hawai'i (RCO_HI) hereby gives notice of intent to award a Sole-Source Commercial, firm, fixed-price contract under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-5(a)(2)(ii) for the purchase of Trendway systems furniture. Supplies and services to include reconfiguration of existing Trendway furniture in three rooms and to add seven (7) matching workstations. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.
