FedBizOps Posting -Presolicitation Solicitation Number: Agency: Department of the Army Office: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Location: U.S. Army Engineer District Mobile Category X (Lease or rental of warehouse space), NAISC Code ____ warehouse code Synopsis: The Department of the Army seeks to lease approximately 21,000 square feet (14 ft of clear ceiling height) of usable warehouse space in Huntsville, Alabama. Requested space must be fully serviced and in a building that can be customized to meet the Government's needs and security requirements. The building must meet Federal Government standards for fire safety, energy star compliant, and must be ADA compliant and be located outside a 100 year floodplain (see attached agency requirements). DELINEATED AREA: East of Wall Triana Highway South of Bradford Drive\Madison Pike West of Memorial Parkway North of the Tennessee River (Map attached) LEASE TERM: The lease term is one (1) year firm term, with four (4) option years. SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS: Expressions of interest must be submitted by 19 June 2015 in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): 1. Building name/address. 2. Rentable square feet available and the expected rental rate per rental square foot, fully serviced. 3. Date of space availability. 4. Building ownership information. 5. Amount of parking available on site. 6. One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 7. Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. 8. In cases where an agent is representing an owner, written acknowledgement.
