- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Corpus Christi Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of Lantana St and Interstate 37 continuing in an easterly direction through the intersection of Interstate 37 and Port Avenue continuing through the intersection of Port Avenue and Stroman Road continuing through the intersection of Stroman Road and Harbor Drive ending at the intersection of Harbor Drive and Highway 35/Highway 181. Eastern Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of Harbor Drive and Highway 35/Highway 181 continuing in a southerly direction through the intersection of Highway 35/Highway 181 and Chaparral Street continuing through the intersection of Chaparral Street and Resaca Street continuing through the intersection of Resaca Street and N Shoreline Blvd continuing through the intersection of N Shoreline Blvd and Morgan Ave continuing through the intersection of Morgan Ave and Crosstown Expy/Hwy 286 ending at the intersection of Crosstown Expy/Hwy 286 and Hwy 358. Southern Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of Crosstown Expy/Hwy 286 and Hwy 358 continuing in a north/westerly direction ending at the intersection of Hwy 358 and Bear Ln. Western Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of Hwy 358 and Bear Ln continuing in a northerly direction continuing through the intersection of Hwy 358 and Lexington Blvd continuing through the intersection of Lexington Blvd and Lantana St ending at the intersection of Lantana St and Interstate 37. Space on the first floor shall be considered only when no other space is available or if deemed appropriate by the Government. 24-hour access to the space and an elevator shall be available, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. The proposed facility shall not be located in the immediate vicinity of any facilities identified as "hazardous materials transportation/storage facilities. Examples include facilities with potential environmental threats, such as fuel storage areas, gas stations, chemical manufacturing, etc., as well as railroad lines transporting hazardous material. It is preferred that the proposed facility not be located near "low risk facilities" such as day care centers, schools, hospitals, religious centers and social service centers. Facilities that provide underground parking shall have access controlled parking restricted to building tenants only. Facilities with open/general public parking below the building proposed for the Tenant office shall not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the100 year flood plain.
