- Solicitation W911SA-15-T-0166 will be issued on or about 10 June 2015 and can be accessed through www.fbo.gov. This requirement is for Backflow Inspection and Maintenance for various locations throughout fourteen states. This requirement is a firm fixed priced requirement with a period of performance of 01 August 2015 through 31 July 2016 plus four option periods and one six month option to extend services. Multiple contracts may be issued with this solicitation. Vendors may quote on quote mark some, all, or none quote mark locations within the solicitation.
