- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, pursuant to FAR Part 10 (Market Research) and is not a pre-solicitation notice or solicitation for proposals/quotations. This synopsis does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or any other solicitation document, nor does its issuance in any way restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. Any information provided by the Government at this time is preliminary and may be updated or changed prior to release of a formal solicitation. The Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES) Pensacola, FL. has a requirement to provide support services for its Military Evaluation Program (MEP). Specific services will include evaluating military training courses and occupations to determine civilian course equivalency, determine credit recommendations, and publish the findings in the American Council on Education (ACE) Military Guide. Additional support will also include assistance to colleges and universities, military advisors, and other appropriate agencies to understand and use the credit recommendations and evaluations. Note: This requirement was previously synopsized under solicitation N0018915R20150418 dated 14 April 2015.
