- The 11th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland intends to award a simplified acquisition on a sole source basis to Twin Hill Acquistion Co Inc, for Flight Attendant Uniforms for the Presidential Airlift Group (PAG) on Joint Base Andrews in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) Only one responsible source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the work. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 448190 with a size standard of $19.0M. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose if determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in preparation of any capabilities statements or documents prepared for this notice.
