PRESOLICITATION NOTICE This document serves as notice that the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for a Zeiss Lumera 700 Ophthalmologic Microscope, and attending supplies, on a brand-name or equal basis for the Eugene, OR, Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The solicitation will be posted on June 3, 2015 and offers shall be due by noon Eastern Daylight Savings Time on June 8, 2015. Note that deliveries shall not be required, nor accepted, prior to October 19, 2015.
